Questions regarding the S7-300 SF lamp

I have a question: For the S7-300, the SF light on the current CPU (313C) as well as on one of the AO cards is on, and the CPU remains in STOP mode. After replacing the AO card with one of the same model, the 24V power supply for that AO card works fine. What could be the cause of this issue? Thank you. I tried to perform an online diagnosis by accessing the hardware, but I’m unable to establish a connection with the CPU. It indicates that a connection to the internet is not possible. Is there any solution?
First, reset it; if that doesn’t work, remove Cp∪ from the back panel. If there is communication, disconnect it. If it still can’t be connected, then replace it

May I ask, when it is in STOP mode and the SF light is on, is it possible to perform online diagnosis of the CPU hardware under normal circumstances?

Observations on site showed that as soon as power was supplied and all the lights on the CPU lit up, the SF light on the A0 card would light up as well; it would then go out for a moment. After that, the CPU’s STOP light remained on constant, while its RUN light flashed. The SF light did not light up. Once the SF light on the A0 card lit up, the CPU’s SF light also lit up, and the RUN light went out. There was a certain sequence to these events, and it seems that there might be some issue with the A0 card, but it’s not clear what the problem is – it’s quite frustrating!
It’s difficult to determine such issues; you need to establish communication between your configuration software and hardware, in other words, online diagnosis is required. If a connection is possible, consider downloading the program again; you can first download the hardware configuration. If there are no issues, it indicates that the hardware is functioning properly. Run the configuration program again
