May I ask what the leading discipline (the person in charge of a single project) in the independent large-scale central control room is at your respective design firms? Our company has a project for a central control room covering several thousand square meters, and it is required that the automation field take charge of everything related to this project, including both primary aspects (such as layout planning, building structure requirements, ventilation, and air conditioning) and secondary aspects. In previous projects, the automation team only handled the secondary aspects (such as cable installations), which was quite confusing; we had no idea anything about fire hazard classifications, evacuation procedures, or ventilation. We also weren’t able to determine the floor heights of the building. We would appreciate it if experts could share how their companies coordinate efforts on large-scale central control rooms and what responsibilities fall within the scope of the automation team.
The civil engineering field should take the lead here; the automation engineering field should propose the requirements related to automation.
Draw it, what else can you do? Even a pre-installed plate needs to be drawn out for people.
The architecture field also doesn’t understand the specific functional divisions and detailed requirements; is it still the architecture field that sets conditions for specialized fields such as ventilation?
To calculate the heat dissipation amount, it is submitted to ventilation or relevant professionals; there is usually a standard format that needs to be filled out and then used for calculation.
For the civil engineering team, provide the drawings for equipment foundations and embedded parts, or simply refer to them as civil engineering drawings, that is, Civil works design.
Take a look at the control room design specifications. Then they will ask for the length and width in terms of how many times each value should be, and there are also specifications regarding the required clear height. Then mark the locations of the cabinets and control panels, and subsequently put forward requirements for each specialty.
