Do the enamel rupture monitoring instruments on chlorination reactors have a SIL rating?

Hello everyone. The chlorination tank is lined with enamel, and there is a device on the tank that monitors any cracks in the enamel. When such cracks occur, the reading on this monitoring device increases, which in turn triggers a control mechanism to reduce the flow of liquid chlorine into the tank. I am currently conducting a HAZOP analysis and want to include this instrument in the SIS system in order to determine its SIL level. I would like to ask whether this enamel-covered rupture instrument has an SIL rating certification I’m reaching out to everyone for help again! Thank you!
