When selecting a pressure gauge, the diaphragm material is chosen first based on the medium; there are ceramic and metal options. Under what conditions are each suitable? I would also like a detailed analysis of various metal materials!

It still depends on the specific medium and operating conditions. There are even more types of metals, and their specific properties need to be checked. Indicators such as corrosion resistance are also relative; for example, as long as the amount of corrosion over a year is within acceptable limits, that’s fine. It would be better for the poster to refer to some relevant materials and corrosion manuals; the more detailed the information you require, the more only specialized manuals can provide it. Do people working on site these days not read books anymore? Is it because I don’t know enough words?
