I would like to ask everyone: when using a gas distribution unit to supply gas, is there any requirement regarding the distance from each branch of the distribution unit to the valve? The owner is wondering whether a distance of 10m implies the need for separate gas supply, but no relevant regulations were found in the standards.
The gas supply specifications indeed don’t specify any particular requirements, but 10 meters is indeed a bit long.
For a distance of 10 meters, φ10 stainless steel is sufficient.
It depends on the diameter of the pipes you use for routing; if it’s φ10, as mentioned above, you’ll likely need to redo the work, as the regulations don’t allow that.
Which specific standard is it? I don’t see any mention of this aspect regarding gas supply in the regulations for chemical process control design
The branch pipes exiting the distributor should use at least 1/2\" pipes; they lead to ball valves for connecting to the air source near the equipment, and then 10 air supply pipes are used to connect to the pressure reducing filter.
I have previously supplied several batches of water treatment air source distributors to clients; these devices are used to control pneumatic valves. The main inlet pipe appears to be DN20, while the diameter of the branches that branch off is likely DN15. Of course, this also depends on the diameter of your pipes, the air pressure, and the pressure regulation range.

Do you mean using φ8 for 10 meters? What type of valve? The piston’s? Still a film? There’s a problem with the piston; it requires a lot of air. Your tube is too long and too thin
I have φ8 stainless steel pipes for supplying air to the control valves; the distance is over ten meters. As long as the air supply from your instruments is stable and clean, it should be fine!
