Regarding the transmitter model issue

Most of the transmitters in our equipment are from Rosemount. Now we need to order some spare parts, but there are quite a few different models of transmitters available, such as 3051DG4A22B1AM5K8B4L4DFP1Q4HR5, 3051DG4A22A1AM5K8B4L4DFP1Q4HR5QT, and so on. How should I submit the order? Should I list each of the existing transmitter models separately, or just select a few models? Is it possible to replace them with different models if needed? Help, urgently!
The models are different, the measurement ranges vary, the process connections differ, and the diaphragm materials are also different. . . .
First, classify items as A, B, or C based on their importance and the manufacturing procurement lead time; then, take into account the available budget when compiling the list. The difficulty lies in taking everything into consideration!
Just mention some common options; list the materials with the highest quality grades and include information on pressure as well. Such instruments may have a higher individual price, but they can be used in many different situations. The spare transmitter for the instrument is not a spare for just one location, but a spare for all locations.
