Installation and fixation of the tray in the instrument cabinet

Can the support for the instrument trays inside the instrument cabinet be achieved by welding brackets to the steel structure of the cabinet? There are three trough boxes between the two rows of cabinets. I’m thinking of welding a continuous support shelf directly to the legs of the steel foundations of those cabinets – is that feasible? ? ? ? Will it affect the stability of the foundation?
According to clause 6.2.7 of the interpretation of GB 50093-2013, welding shall not be used for the installation of instrument panels. This is because replacing or moving dashboards, boxes, and cabinets can pose difficulties in terms of welding methods; furthermore, since these dashboard, box, and cabinet components are usually made of sheet metal, welding can cause thermal deformation.
