TRICON 3805E AO card reports a fault

This was detected by the diagnostic software, with an error message indicating a voter flags mismatch. The empty channel in my AO unit has been short-circuited, and the valve adjustment outputs are normal. There were no alarms earlier since the unit wasn’t in operation, but alarms started appearing after single-unit testing began yesterday. Has any expert encountered a similar situation? Seeking help.

The card slot system uses a three-way voting mechanism; if one slot’s result differs from the others, an alarm is triggered. It is recommended to send the diagnostic results to Kangjisen’s customer service. Additionally, insert a spare card in a redundant slot and perform a manual switch to prevent abnormal shutdowns

Upstairs, how can I manually switch to the backup card? The documentation states that the switching should take place at regular intervals; the issue is that sometimes an alarm is triggered, while at other times no alarm occurs. Could this be related to the valves or wiring on site?
