How to resolve communication failure issues with the JK0203-2 monitoring module

After replacing the charging module of the same model on our factory’s high-voltage DC panel (the original module was damaged), a communication fault was reported. Pressing the reset button on the monitoring module resolved the issue, and the LCD screen displayed normally. However, after about 30 seconds, the fault appeared again on the screen; once more, a communication fault was detected. We earnestly request expert advice!
When a communication fault occurs in the monitoring module, it is necessary to first check whether the communication cables are in good contact. Once the cables are found to be in order, then the monitoring unit and the transmission lines should be inspected.
