My boss gave me some specifications for instruments and asked me to find information on the wall thickness of pipes online; I searched everywhere on Baidu but couldn’t find it... These codes appear to be pipeline codes; it is necessary to check the material control sheet provided by the process engineering department, as it contains the specifications and dimensions corresponding to each code. Just ask the process team to help check it.
It’s possible to determine the pipe diameter, but not the wall thickness. That A2A is likely a material grade; you need to know this grade in order to find out the wall thickness. If you work in the field of instrumentation, your supervisor should provide you with information regarding the wall thickness, or at least a table showing the wall thickness grades and material grades. Just having that information alone isn’t enough
Verify the detailed parameters on the transmitter, especially the pressure rating information; by finding the **relevant specifications, it is possible to determine the corresponding wall thickness
A material grade index table is required for reference. . The first part here seems to be the pipeline number, while the latter part is the pipeline grade. . . . Also, what is the relationship between pressure transmitters and wall thickness? ?
The choice of transmitter has nothing to do with the thickness of the pipe wall. Please tell me the brand of transmitter you are using; perhaps I can provide some examples for selecting a transmitter
