Reasons why the Baodai 8605 proportional valve controller burns out easily

The proportional valve controller currently in use on site is the Baodi 8605. It worked fine during testing, but suddenly stopped functioning while in use. It was sent back to the manufacturer for repair; they said the controller was burned out. However, when we checked the circuit board ourselves, we found no burnt contacts, and there were no signs of damage to the board
Has anyone in the forum dealt with this issue? This afternoon, the manufacturer informed me that the transistor connected to the AI channel had been damaged. Wow, I didn’t see any signs of damage on the internal components at all
Can you tell if a component is damaged? Just like when a person has AIDS, can hepatitis B be detected?
