Why does an electromagnetic flowmeter lose signal after passing through the safety barrier? A signal is only available when connected directly to the terminal block.
If you put the terminal back in place, there will be a signal.
It’s estimated that the wiring is connected in a two-wire system; changing it to a safety barrier that doesn’t require power should solve the problem.
Safety barriers don’t work with many 2-wire instruments; I’ve also seen a 24V Lincoln motor connected to a safety barrier that simply couldn’t be powered.
There’s only one possibility: the wires were connected incorrectly. Follow the safety barrier wiring diagram.
The safety barrier has power-connected and power-disconnected configurations; you need to check the manual
There are two connection methods: with power supply and without power supply. If it’s not connected properly, there will be no signal.

If we ignore the isolation and current-limiting functions of the safety barrier, then it is simply a small resistor in the circuit, with no significant effect on the signals and currents in that circuit. I think it must be a wiring issue, or a setting problem with the card.
It is intrinsically safe or flameproof; this is generally related to the safety barrier setup. Attention should also be paid to active and passive signals
