Petrochemicals. The molecular distillation process uses a Roots pump for vacuum creation, with a required vacuum level of below 50 Pa in absolute terms. Ordinary Rosemount EJA pressure transmitters are not suitable for this purpose; even a vacuum gauge shows negative values, and those values are in kilopascals! Process pressure, absolute pressure to atmospheric pressure, with a measurement range of 0~10000 Pa. Seek level above 0.25, with resolution within 10 pa. Could some manufacturers be recommended? Both domestic and foreign ones would be appreciated; I’d be grateful for any advice from experts. I haven’t had any experience with instruments related to high vacuum

There are more than a few fellow travelers who share your confusion. What an amazing requirement – come to Gobai. No matter how high the precision needs to be, how high the resolution must be, or how stable it has to be, Gobai is ready to supply it.
It has a gauge pressure range of 10 kPa. With this watch, even with your eyes closed and just moving your little finger a little, it can still achieve a reliable resolution of 1 Pa; it’s also capable of achieving resolutions of 0.1 Pa and 0.01 Pa. My guy, he’s definitely capable of creating such a device. Detecting 1 Pa is quite challenging for GOMU; here’s a picture showing the gauge with a range of 110 kPa, demonstrating its ability to detect 1 Pa

In fact, domestic absolute pressure transmitters are also of high quality; the key is to choose the right range, selecting it based on your process parameters. Generally speaking, for better accuracy, it’s sufficient to choose a range that covers one order of magnitude. It’s likely that the range you’re using is not appropriate – it may be beyond the acceptable limits... Some of the better domestic brands include Chuanyi and Shangyi……
For this range of yours, it’s best to choose 3051CG
