When configuring the program and calling a module, the system becomes unresponsive; this happens every time it exits automatically and then is reopened……

I’m all too familiar with this error – it’s a problem caused by Honeywell’s inferior products. This error usually occurs when a certain circuit is forcibly and illegally shut down after it has been activated. In this case, the circuit gets locked, and it’s necessary to use the EMDB database to remove the lock; the location of this database can be found on the page where you enter the configuration settings. I no longer work at Honeywell, and I don’t want to set up a virtual machine either; besides, I don’t know how to write the address in English. So that’s as far as I can help you!
