Why is the difference between the set value and the feedback so large at 4mA and 20mA? How should it be adjusted?
If the actual valve does not have internal leakage, a certain difference between the displayed value and the set value is generally not a concern; if it is necessary to eliminate this difference, self-tuning is recommended. Option 4: Automatic tuning
Perform a self-check; the locator will automatically adjust the zero and full-scale settings, and if that doesn’t work, manual adjustment can be performed. It’s explained quite clearly in the manual
Having an instrument worth 30,000 yuan, but not knowing how to adjust it.
It seems that there’s something stuck inside the valve core, such as welding slag or nuts; if it’s confirmed that there are no foreign objects present. Just initialize the valve automatically; I guess you won’t know how to do it either, so search for it on Baidu
If foreign objects are not removed or if the possibility of their presence is not ruled out before initialization, it will result in poor sealing during subsequent use, leading to a 5% leakage rate
The control valve seems to be from Zhejiang Dekka; it’s quite good. Remove it and check that there are no foreign objects in the valve body; usually, automatic calibration will resolve the issue.
Basically linear, @OP, what’s the problem? (You don’t need to look at anything after 20~~~)
