An oxygen analyzer is installed at the exhaust gas outlet, and the opening degree of the flow control valve of the combustion aid controller is adjusted based on the oxygen level detected by the analyzer. Is this cascade control or single-loop control? I also read explanations of cascade control online; it is divided into a main controller and a secondary controller

If the flow meter is involved in loop control, it is cascade； If the flow meter only displays the flow rate, and the control loop consists solely of the oxygen content and the valve for control, then it is a single-loop control. Check if your operating conditions impose any requirements on the lower and upper limits for the burner flow rate.
