Request the standard acceptance forms for various types of instruments upon arrival at the factory. Valves. Flow meters, temperature, pressure, level. Wait for the on-site inspection of the instruments. Automatic control instruments
There are no specialized acceptance forms for various types of instruments; a general acceptance form will suffice. Inspection contents and verification records generally include: 1. Inspection standards, 2. Identification, 3. Visual inspection, 4. Geometric dimensions, 5. Special tools, 6. Packaging condition, 7. Included documents, 8. Re-inspection, 9. Quantity checked, 10. Others.
I really haven’t heard of any specific forms; everything is checked based on the ordering conditions, mainly for visual inspection.
For low-voltage instruments such as pressure gauges, level gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and so on, upon receipt, it is necessary to first check whether there is any damage resulting from transportation, second to verify that they are new items, and third to ensure that they match the specified specifications, that is, that they correspond to the order code. Fourth, power on the instrument and check whether it outputs a signal and whether the signal is normal! —— This is the core content and key points of technical acceptance. However, in most companies, the process of purchasing and storing instruments and the process of issuing them for use are handled as separate tasks, with instrument engineers not involved in the inspection of the goods upon arrival. . . There are over 20,000 types of instruments, and there’s no such thing as a “standard instrument acceptance form”; 10,000 words are omitted here............................
There is no standard format for this; as a reference, the content and verification records generally include: visual inspection, special tools, packaging condition, accompanying documents, certificate of conformity, quantity, etc
The warehouse counts the quantities, while the measurement department is responsible for verification; items that pass the check are stored in the warehouse, while those that fail are sent back to the factory.
