At present, the protection of some solenoid valves on site is already quite adequate, but problems related to water ingress still occur. I would appreciate it if experienced colleagues could advise me on how, from the perspective of equipment management, these issues with water ingress in solenoid valves can be completely eliminated

The inlet gland is well-sealed； The seal ring of the solenoid valve cover is in good condition ； The fixing screws are securely tightened ； It was also wrapped in a tarpaulin, but it was found that there was still some moisture inside.
Is it possible for large temperature changes to cause air to liquefy water?
Even with proper waterproofing, the above problems still occur; this is likely due to air liquefaction caused by temperature differences in the air supply pipeline, or water vapor getting into the explosion-proof flexible tube.
Use another IP with a sufficient protection rating……
Basically, it’s likely that air is getting in at the inlet gland; check whether it’s properly sealed – it’s best to take a photo to take a look.
