For multi-layer open-frame installations, how are the instrument trays arranged?

For the open-frame setup shown in the diagram, can the instrument tray be passed from the top floor to the first floor along the outside of the frame? It’s still necessary to create a floor opening in the middle of the structure, from the top floor to the bottom floor; please give some advice
It should be possible to access it from the outside; what is the reason for wanting to make a hole?
If it is installed outside the device, won’t there be problems with subsequent maintenance? After all, it’s very inconvenient to open the cable covers outside the frame, and there are also aesthetic considerations to take into account
It is of course advantageous to use the interior passage for maintenance, but sometimes it is necessary to meet fire safety requirements and avoid thermal pipelines (with certain distance requirements), so it’s better to use the exterior passage as it is more convenient. So this actually needs to be designed in coordination with the pipeline layout.
You can go in or out; either is fine. Going inside is a bit more troublesome, as holes need to be drilled in each floor and there are more mounting components required, but it is easier to maintain and it’s protected from wind, sun, and rain. The advantage outside is its convenient design, but construction and maintenance are somewhat more difficult.
