I would like to purchase a manual ball valve with a valve position switch signal that can be sent to the DCS. Is such a valve available? If you have seen one, please share pictures or information about the manufacturer. Thank you

You can simply purchase a ball valve and add a travel switch. You can just hand your intentions over to the maintenance worker and that’s it :) All you need to do is fix a travel rod at the front end of the handle, and set the distance of the travel switch properly. You might as well give it a try.

It’s simple – just add a reply device; you can activate it by touching the switch handle
The answer is upstairs; is it really necessary to have it customized by a valve factory? I got it all by myself……

Many manufacturers have them! For imported ones, Samson is available! Just add a reply switch and it’s done
