For the Zhejiang University Zhongkong JX300XP system, a program shall be developed using function block diagrams to achieve interlocked control of the inlet and outlet valves based on the liquid level: the inlet valve should close and the outlet valve should open at high liquid levels. Close the outlet and open the inlet when the liquid level is low. Experts, please advise on how to program this. I’m a beginner; I hope for some guidance
This matter also needs guidance from outside. . . . . . Grooving. . . Can you use function block diagrams? :lol
I’ve always written software in C; I’ve never used DCS, so I don’t know how to use it! Regarding this issue, the control logic is quite simple: when the liquid level reaches a high threshold, an alarm is triggered to send an alarm signal, which in turn is used to control two devices. When the liquid level is at a low level, the alarm signal is cleared. It’s just a single-channel high alarm due to a large voltage difference. .
It’s because they’re beginners; they don’t understand well. They can grasp simple things, but their own logic isn’t clear
Just try to write one by yourself – it’s been a long time since I worked with the 300XP system. For such a small task, it’s better to rely on oneself rather than ask others for help. Once you finish this, you’ll have the courage to tackle something more complex next time: lol
By utilizing the high-high and low-low outputs of the quality code detection module, two sets of coils are generated, with the DO output being sent to the excitation coil of the switch valve. Or create a comparison module for GT and LT, and output the results of the two groups after a 5-second logic delay to the DO point. :)
It’s necessary to control two valves: the inlet and the outlet. The inlet should be closed when the value exceeds the upper limit, but what should be the state of the outlet? If it is between the lower and upper limits, what state are imports and exports required to be in? Is it better to have both imports and exports set to open, with exports closed when the threshold is reached while imports remain open? How should this be programmed, and which module should be used? More concise
He’s just a salesman who sells refurbished pressure transducers. I don’t understand anything. You asked him to draw? I want to take his life. He can draw pictures, so I immediately deleted the account.
