Recently, the company has been working on a smart factory project, which requires OPC authorization on the servers. However, after granting the authorization, a virus was detected in the system. When the previous system image files were restored, it was found that the newly added circuits caused errors during installation on the controllers, as shown in the figure:

Check whether CM_19606 is disabled; it might be in an active state
Is it the OPC required for MES? Which company’s MES is being used? Will the server’s CPU usage remain at 99% continuously after the settings are applied?
Yes, and there are viruses; it’s not clear whether the OPC license is authentic
It means the MES manufacturer didn’t configure it correctly; go and ask someone from Honeywell. It can be resolved easily by logging into the manager account, with no need to make any changes. It’s not necessarily a virus; it’s just a problem with the system settings.
