Guys, does anyone have an animation video of electric actuators? There is a Xiaboshi electric actuator on site. The problem is as follows: when using the handwheel to operate the valve, it opens and closes normally; however, when using the electric control, the motor spins idle while the valve doesn’t move. The lever for switching between manual and automatic mode also doesn’t work properly. The actuator cannot be fully disassembled, so its internal structure is not clearly visible; the intermediate clutch does not engage with the turbine, and the reason for this is unknown. I’m asking the experts here to help analyze the reason.
When switching from manual to automatic mode, the clutch does not disengage; use a wrench to tap the switch area to see if it can be forced down. While tapping, turn the switch knob as well – several people will need to work together to try this
Is the belt loose? I’ve encountered this issue before; please check it carefully
