I’m seeking advice from the experienced members of this forum: what are the differences between the valve positioners of Samson, Fisher, and Metso?
These three types of positioners, along with ABB, all belong to high-end brands in the same category. Summerson has good quality, is easy to adjust intuitively, but is expensive ； Fisher has strong compatibility and is widely used in the market; it is durable, and its feedback rods come in contactless versions. Its price is slightly better than that of Samson ； METSO is used less; in my opinion, it’s on par with ABB, but slightly inferior to the first two brands.
The answer is upstairs. As a supplementary note, I have a good impression of METSO; it’s quite easy to adjust (compared to Fischer), and its failure rate is acceptable.

However, I personally don’t like piezoelectric valve types; they aren’t very durable.
