Have you ever designed a simple PLC control system? Could you briefly describe the design process and approach?
More or less. It’s about taking the previous manual processes and trying to implement them with PLC control, but I don’t have any ideas yet
This isn’t called research and development. It’s just using a PLC. The simplest way is to find a company specializing in automatic control, provide them with the details of the manual control process and the desired outcomes, and have them develop a configuration plan~
Yes, now we want to do this by ourselves. We understand the logical relationships in the entire process, but we don’t know how to implement it – how to represent it in a way similar to PID
Judging from the way you phrased your question, it seems like you have no understanding of this topic at all. Are you working in the field of manufacturing processes and considering switching to automation control? If not, it would be easier to hire an external company to handle it.
Timing control: input the set action time and switch signal, for individual analog values, output the switch signal
Yes, I work in the craft industry. I want to learn *it; it would be great to be able to do it by myself
Are there any standards or books that specify the order in which this should be designed, or some standard notation similar to PID?

First, figure out the flowcharts, key control points, and control requirements. Download a PLC programming software – it’s recommended to start with domestic options. All resources are available for download on the PLC manufacturer’s website.
