How to fill water into the solenoid valve of the outdoor start-up shut-off valve

For pneumatically operated cut-off valves installed outdoors, when the solenoid valve silencer is oriented upward, freezing can occur in winter, preventing exhaust. How can this be prevented? Add a rain cover or? ? ?
Generally speaking, outdoor valves need to meet the protection ratings required for outdoor conditions. According to what you said, this valve does not have an adequate protection rating, which indicates a problem with its selection. Of course, this issue can be resolved by adding a rain cover, but other problems may arise; the fundamental solution still lies in choosing the right valve from the start
Aren’t all silencers honeycomb-shaped? It shouldn’t really matter much in terms of selection. If selection is a concern, then what kind of silencer should be chosen? I consulted SMC and ASCO, and both said there’s no good solution.
It is recommended to use waterproof measures for protection first; ideally, the location should be modified if that’s possible. Here, we cover the solenoid valves with rainproof sheets to keep them protected until they can be taken apart for further handling.
It could also be that the compressed air is not clean and contains too much moisture.
