Main issues: 1. The current control system uses a system with CCS certification (some CCS-certified DCS manufacturers can also be recommended), but the servers, switches, KVMs, cabinets, host computers, monitors, etc., do not have such certification. Are there any resources available for reference? Do we still have to do it by project? 2. For example, if the host computer has found one with CCS certification, does the machine itself need to be certified? In my personal understanding of electronic device certification, as long as the setup is reliable, that’s enough, right? 3. For cabinet rooms equipped with air conditioning and purification systems, what are the typical requirements for CCS certification of the equipment in the control room? EMI? What are the typical ranges for high and low temperatures as well as humidity? Mold salt spray testing should not be necessary, right? How to determine the vibration impact value?

I consulted a classification society; certified products of their brand can be found on their official website, but there are too many types listed there to filter through, and they were also unable to provide information regarding the general CCS requirements for control rooms. So, let’s see if there are any who have worked on similar projects; instrument control engineers who have worked on offshore platforms might know more about it.
Since they can’t put it into words, it’s fine as long as they sign to approve it. Fix whatever is not working.
