How to deal with water ingress into the explosion-proof wiring conduit of instruments?

Water is getting into many of the explosion-proof wiring ducts in our installation. Are there any other solutions? Some people suggest making holes at the bottom to allow water to drain out. Is there any specific standard that supports this approach? Please, everyone

Automatic drainage is added at the lowest point; this is specified in the installation standards
In humid environments or areas where condensation water tends to accumulate inside pipes, a drainage-type seal should be installed below the vertical section of the pipe. The drain outlet should be placed at the bottom.

The key issue is to find out why water is entering, and then figure out a way to solve it.
First, consider blocking the source of the incoming water.
Explosion-proof putty can be used to seal the inlet.
