Selection of torch gas flow meter

The unit has two torches, and the design institute needs to select a gas flow meter for the torches. A set of safety valves of types A and B is used to discharge the exhaust gas (with C4 as the main component) into a flare stack with a DN450 diameter, at a flow rate of 33,000 standard cubic meters per hour. There is another set of flaring stacks for material emissions from a rubber factory, with a DN350 diameter and a flow rate of 60 tons per hour (the main component being butadiene). I would like guidance on how to determine the operating density and operating pressure for these two systems.
