Today I encountered a very strange phenomenon with the burner: it’s a Liya Road GAS 10P/M model, equipped with a LFL1.322 controller and a SQM10.16102 servo motor. The controller is working properly; the purging, pressure testing, and ignition processes all proceeded normally, and the flame was able to be ignited. However, during this entire process the blower’s damper didn’t move at all, not even after ignition – what could be the cause of this? Is it a controller fault or a problem with the servo motor? Under normal circumstances, the programmer sends a signal to the motor; shouldn’t the motor send a response signal in return? So, I have a headache; I hope an expert can help me figure this out. Thank you!
The server is the more likely option. Has the server been reset after adjustment?
Won’t it work if the programmer isn’t reset?
This post was last edited by Waiter on 2022-6-4 11:05. Ignition works normally without resetting, but the damper does not move. Also, is the servo motor drive rod loose?
