The input values are fixed; how do I draw a logic diagram for sequentially shutting off valves? Waiting for experts online
Delay? Do we still need to check the status of the previous valve?

If there is feedback on the open/closed position of the valve, it can be determined using ladder diagram contacts, along with coil control; the two methods are combined together.
It depends on what system you’re using; different systems require different blocks, but it’s more or less the same
