What is the shape of the mounting base for pressure sensors? Can pressure sensors be installed directly on hot water pipes at 120 degrees Celsius?
Sure, the base is similar to a pressure gauge connector; a radiator or condensation coil can be attached to it.
Where is the condensation ring installed? Isn’t it welded to the base along with the pipes, and is the pressure sensor connected directly to the base via threads?
What size are the threads on the sensor? The temperature of ordinary pressure sensors is around 80 degrees; it should not be too high. If there are any issues, feel free to contact me

Ask the manufacturer for samples. Above 60°C, a condensation coil or condensation container is required.

In theory, pressure sensors can withstand temperatures of 120°C (such as diaphragm sensors filled with silicone oil, capacitive sensors, diffused silicon sensors, etc.), but it is best to avoid using them in such conditions as it can easily damage the sensors. The pressure sensor connection components include: pressure tapping tubes (welded to process pipes, valves, straight-through terminal fittings, connection pipes, condensate tanks and condensate pipes, pressure lead pipes, and straight-through terminal fittings). Typically, the threaded connection is of type M20X1.5mm or pipe thread. In cases where the temperature of the medium is high, it should be installed as far away as possible from the process pipelines, with pressure transfer pipes used to connect them.
