I would like to ask everyone: when the pressure, such as PI-001, remains above a certain set value for 10 seconds, the output is 1. If the fluctuation falls below the set value at some point within 10 seconds, the timing is reset for evaluation. How can the above logic be implemented using AND, OR, and NOT logic? Thank you all.
Is logic needed? Set it high and just delay it by 10 seconds.
When the measured value is greater than the set value, timing begins; if the measured value becomes less than the set value during this timing period, timing stops and the timer is reset. When the timing accumulates to 10 seconds, the control port outputs 1... Using a few intermediate variables to describe the state makes writing the program simpler.
There’s something wrong with your description; it should be that an alarm is triggered if the time exceeds the set value by 10 seconds or more, and the timing starts over if it’s less than 10 seconds. Wouldn’t that make things clearer? Just set a delay.
The system has a delay module. If 0 changes to 1 and remains so for N seconds, then 1 is output; if it does not remain that way for N seconds, 1 is not output. Similarly, there are similar modules for 1 to 0 as well
