Gas alarm connected to PLC

Deluge 5000 gas alarm, three-wire system, with an analog input module. Currently, the 24V power supply is provided by an isolator, and the 4-20mA signal also goes into the isolator. But the gas detector is reporting a power supply failure. There is a 24-volt power supply on site. I’m asking everyone, what could be the reason?
The power supply for gas detectors should be a direct 24V supply; using an isolator or safety barrier seems not to work well.
Wait until I go to work and try using an external one. Party A requires the power supply to go through an isolator
Draw a sketch of the specific wiring to see how it should be connected; otherwise, it’s hard to say

Agreed; the alarm is powered separately, and the isolation device doesn’t have enough power – I supply power directly to it
I encountered the same issue: after passing through the safety barrier, the current fails to reach the required level, and nothing is displayed on site
But basically, safety barriers are included in the drawings and design specifications.
