Our company has newly installed a SERVOMEX 2700series zirconia oxygen analyzer. After power was supplied, the instrument kept showing 39°C; the zirconia element did not heat up, and the instrument could not function properly; Also, the transmission range I set is 0-5% O2; since the zirconium probe is not heated, the instrument displays 20% O2, but the DCS screen shows 0%.
