The lower limit of the gauge pressure meter has been increased; are the measurement values too low?
We have a gauge pressure meter with a range of 700–760 mmHg. If the range is changed to 600–760 mmHg, will this affect the measurement values? Will they be lower?
If you go to the market to buy two jin of beef and weigh it with a 5-jin scale as well as with a 10-jin scale, do you think the amount of beef you bought will be less? Apart from accuracy and resolution issues, everything else certainly remains unchanged.
Its range value has changed; simply performing a migration isn’t enough.
It still depends on the measurement range for accuracy guaranteed by the watch itself; if that can be ensured, adjusting and correcting its upper and lower measurement limits will have no impact.
Change “the gauge pressure range is 700–760 mmHg” to “600–760 mmHg”; only the operating range corresponding to the 4–20 mA signal has been expanded. The reading and accuracy of the absolute pressure gauge remain unchanged. So what has changed? The pressure value corresponding to 1 unit of mA has increased. For 1 unit of mmHg, the corresponding current value decreases.
Nothing changes; it’s still 4ma=600. Before, it was 4ma=700. Everything else remains unchanged
No, but pay attention to the following points: 1. The absolute value of the negative migration amount should not exceed one engineering atmosphere. 2. The absolute value of the upper or lower limit after migration shall not exceed the upper limit of the maximum measurement range. 3. Absolute pressure transmitters cannot undergo negative drift.
