Selection of solenoid valves for steam heating stations

Everyone, solenoid valves are installed on the pipeline through which steam enters the tank truck, and these valves are interlocked with the temperature transmitter of the tank truck. The problem at the site is severe internal leakage in these solenoid valves. I would like to ask the experts for any good solutions. The operating pressure of the steam pipeline is 0.4 MPa, while the design pressure is 1.2 MPa; the operating temperature is 165°C, and the design temperature is 205°C.
Solenoid valves are used as on-off valves, and their leakage rate cannot be guaranteed to be low. It is recommended to replace it with a switch ball valve or a double-plate gate valve.
It’s better to switch to a pneumatic valve; under these operating conditions, I think the solenoid valve won’t be able to handle it
