How should the 7 wires of the electric butterfly valve xhq-100 220 be connected?

Since the labels on the device’s wiring diagram are barely visible after all this time, I don’t know how to connect it. The pins 123 are already connected: one for switching on, one for switching off, and one as a common terminal. There should be 4 more wires, presumably for input and output; the connection terminals are 13, 14, 15, and 16. How can I tell which two of these form a pair?
There should be small letters on the terminals: OUT denotes the output terminal, while IN denotes the input terminal. If there really isn’t any, ask the manufacturer for the wiring diagram~
