Are the equivalent input capacitance and inductance of intrinsically safe instruments calculated or measured? If such measurements are to be taken, what kind of instruments or methods are used to determine the specific values?

The instrument I designed needs to match the output parameters of the power supply in this application. I just want to know whether it meets the Co and Lo requirements of the power supply – how can I measure that?
