Should the minimum distance of the instrument wiring from the ground comply with the requirement specified in GB50093, section 7.1.8, which states that the distance between the wiring and the insulation layer of insulated equipment and pipes should be greater than 200 mm, and the distance between it and the surfaces of other equipment and pipes should be greater than 150 mm? In other words, is the minimum height above the ground 150 mm?
No need to write about the distance from the xx pipeline and equipment. Why can you understand it as being from the ground?

There are no standards for this; in some cases, the wiring tubes of instruments can be buried underground, but anti-corrosion treatment must be applied. Generally, wire ducts need only meet the requirements mentioned above and not hinder normal operation.
I do know that it can be placed on the ground, but it’s not very good to simply lay the cable conduit on the ground and secure it with clips; after all, that would expose it to rainwater and various particles
In outdoor areas, the steel pipes are buried after being installed; there are no mandatory requirements for indoor use. One cannot sit directly on the ground; it’s necessary to use angle iron of at least 40 mm thickness to create a platform that is about 6 cm above the ground. This is what I do here, and it prevents the surface from being damaged by rainwater.
