Design regarding 24VDC power supply

For the 24VDC power supply terminals, is it better to use circuit breakers or fuse terminals? Are there any relevant standard requirements?
From the air switch to the switch box or fuse terminal, and from the switch box or fuse terminal to the instrument. If you’re wealthy and have enough space, it’s also fine to use a backup power source along with a circuit breaker.
In fact, circuit breakers are only suitable for 24V main power supplies, as typical circuit breakers have a minimum rating of 6A, while instruments generally don’t require such a high current; fuses, on the other hand, can handle 1A. So unless it’s a higher current, it’s better to be safe
