The valve is a SAMSON DN80 PN40 4408/CF8M 6368. May I ask what standard flange is required for pairing it?

This must be a automatically regulating valve from the German company Samson; it certainly isn’t designed to meet American standards. If it’s imported, check whether it complies with European standards. The simplest approach is to try using a flange of the same model that meets Chinese standards; if that doesn’t work, then it’s definitely designed according to European standards.
Judging from this model of yours, it is a flange that meets the European standard DN80-PN40; for this pressure class, flanges with an FM rating should be given priority!
The situation at home remains chaotic, with various flange standards coexisting; there is no standard of our own, which ends up harming us.
