Issues with cable tray installation; seeking help from experts here

Just transferred to the project team, and I was faced with a difficult problem (which could be seen as taking the blame). As shown in the figure below, the distance between the top suspension bars of the cable tray is 3.5 meters, which is too large; my supervisor asked me to find a solution. I said that a further set of suspension rods can only be added between the existing ones, so that the distance between the suspension rods is 1.75 meters. But,,,! The leader said I should think of other solutions; he’s aware of this approach as well, and since it would increase costs significantly, he asked me to consider other options. The excuse given is that these leaders are old and their ways of thinking are fixed; you young people have more flexible minds and should be able to come up with solutions. This task is assigned to you. I thought to myself that although I’m a novice, what can I possibly do? . . . . Let’s see if any of you experts have any good suggestions (to save some money).
Guide rails made of channel steel are used under the trough box to prevent it from collapsing. . But be sure to consider the load from the suspension rods. . And then you mentioned the investment issue. Taking everything into consideration.

The construction company has experience; let them submit a plan and the owner can review it.
The triangle bar with a size of 40 is used for support; what material is the tray made of? How big? What I used to do was simply pull on one side of the galvanized triangle iron to fix it
