Newbie seeking help: Regarding FAT, SAT, and inbound inspection

It’s still me, a newbie, asking: the supervisor has assigned the task of creating various inspection forms for projects (i.e., check sheets, such as construction inspection sheets, FAT sheets, SAT sheets, inspection forms before equipment is received, etc.). The questions are as follows: 1. I am aware of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test); after completing these two tests, is it still necessary to conduct an inspection upon warehousing? (Because the SAT has already been done) Is it still necessary to create a separate inventory inspection form if needed? Personally, I think if there’s already a SAT, then is it still necessary to conduct an incoming inspection? (Especially tables: there are SAT tables, is it also necessary to have tables for inventory checks?) ) 2. Does anyone have a template for such an inspection form? If you have it, could you send it to me? Thank you!
It seems we’re not quite on the same page as you… In our previous company, the goods receipt process was usually as follows: Stage 1: Receipt at the warehouse, followed by technical inspection； At this stage, only the appearance is checked. Stage 2: Conduct pressure tests or other tests, fill out the inspection report, and attach the certificate of conformity ； The inspection failed; contact procurement for return to the factory. Stage 3: Return to the warehouse and store for future use.
