Instrument manufacturing supervision? Besides the supervision of valves during manufacturing, how is the supervision of instruments carried out? The so-called valve manufacturing supervision simply involves going through the testing phase, talking non-stop without any focus, taking a quick look at the factory testing procedures, checking the material certificates, examining the results of leak tests, and looking at the assembly process – during which time everyone is just eating and drinking. There are no reports to be generated; it’s not equipment after all, so how can there be reports? I think the report can be concluded by stating that the pressure test was successful, the appropriate material was used, and the assembly process was of high quality. Meters aren’t devices either; how could it be described in such detail?……
First, take a certain chip, a certain capacitor, a certain resistor, and use some process to solder them together; then test the hardware circuit, and finally write programs… Which instrument manufacturer will show you this process? This is core technology, right?... It involves things like whether the tank has been properly welded, whether the enamel coating is even, and whether there are any issues with the construction of the jacket... A report on such equipment can easily reach a length of over a thousand words if written carelessly……
