The figure below shows the PID and SAMA diagrams of a control scheme; could someone with expertise in instruments help me understand this control scheme?
Xiao Yuan and Xiao San fill the whole page; it’s a mess of scribbles everywhere. Even my brother can’t understand it,,, 5555,,, I’m leaving this post now
1. Measure the pressure at the top of tank V-514 (PT-90502), and send it to PICA-90502 for pressure indication, control, and alarm functions. The output from PICA-50902 is sent to PY-50902 to be converted into a pressure signal, which is then fed to PV-90502 for adjusting the incoming fluid (the type of fluid is unknown), thereby enabling control of the pressure at the top of tank V-514 ; 2. The output of PICA-50902 is sent to PDICA-90503 as well (which is the V-514 tank top pressure signal); it is then subtracted from the V-512 tank top pressure signal (PT-90505), and this pressure difference signal is used for indication, control, and alarm functions. The PDICA-90503 output is sent to PY-50903 to be converted into a pressure signal, which is then fed to PV-90503 to adjust the incoming fluid (the type of fluid is unknown), thereby achieving control of the top pressure difference in tank V-512. 3. PICA-50902 selects PI control mode. Since PV-90502 is a fail-safe shutdown device, this controller selects a reactive mechanism: as the pressure at the top of tank V-514 increases, the controller’s measurement signal rises, which requires the control valve to be closed; accordingly, the signal value should decrease. The controller must output a signal indicating a reduction when its measurement signal increases ; 4. PDICA-90503 selects PI control mode. Since PV-90503 is a fail-safe device, this controller selects a direct-acting mode: as the pressure at the top of tank V-512 increases, the pressure difference (PT-90502–PT-90505) decreases, and the signal measured by the controller decreases (△P). This requires the control valve to be closed, and accordingly, the signal related to it should also decrease; the controller must output a reduced signal as its measured value (△P) decreases.

Posting this to do a good deed, so that those who understand can come and solve the problem; even so, it still gets suppressed by 49205455 of those damned idiots. Damn it, this crazy dog keeps chasing me and biting me non-stop; what should I do..... .....
Do good? If you’re capable, then don’t delete the post. Laughing at college students just because they didn’t finish high school. I have every right to step on you; if you’ve got guts, don’t delete the messages in which you mock others.
