The commonly used magnetic flap process connection flanges are mostly DN20 and DN25; As long as the fluidity of the medium is not an issue, flanges of larger sizes don’t make much difference.
The connecting flange is a loop flange, which is generally determined based on the size of the pre-existing opening in the equipment. Since the measuring tube we use is generally 50, the connecting tube is 25.
Equipment made of fiberglass reinforced plastic, PP, or with linings is preferably larger in size; it is difficult to manufacture when the pipe openings of the equipment are too small
It depends on how you design it on-site; the standard sizes are 25, 32, 50, and 80. The size chosen is always determined based on the client’s requirements on-site, so it doesn’t really make a difference
