Are the last two holes on the three-valve assembly the drain holes? Is Port 1 used for waste discharge or calibration? When in operation, are 1 and 2 connected to the H side of the transmitter as well?

What the original poster has is, strictly speaking, a five-valve assembly; ordinary three-valve assemblies do not have these two drain ports. There should be two more shut-off valves above these two holes; they are used only when it is necessary to have a tight seal.
