Selection of low-temperature propane flow control valve

It’s my first time dealing with low temperatures, and I would like to ask whether butterfly valves are suitable for regulating the liquid level and flow rate of propane at -45 degrees Celsius I read that single-seat and double-seat valves are better. May I ask those of you who work in low-temperature conditions what kind of valves you use? For long-neck type low-temperature valve gaskets, PTFE should be sufficient; is it necessary to use flexible graphite?
Perfluorine is not suitable for this temperature; it’s too low. Flexible graphite combined with metal is the best choice. Professional control valves are better; butterfly valves can be used for rough adjustment.
