I have been busy with the rotary kiln incinerator lately, and I’ve gathered some information to share with everyone.
There’s an attachment that couldn’t be uploaded; I’m sending it again – it’s the training instructions from back then.
May I ask if this set can be used to handle the phosphorus sludge, a by-product of yellow phosphorus? Sludge phosphorus is fed into the furnace, with yellow phosphorus exhaust gas serving as an auxiliary heating source, followed by a phosphoric acid hydration system. Sludge phosphorus contains about 7% yellow phosphorus, along with some water; the remainder is dust. Yellow phosphorus exhaust mainly consists of carbon monoxide, with small amounts of yellow phosphorus and dust.
